Date of establishment
In 2009, the ownership of Halwani al Saidi branches was transferred from individual ownership to a closed family Joint Stock Company under the name of the international company .
In 2012, the company's ownership and board of directors were expanded with new members, which set the vision and mission of the company and established the work of modern administrative systems, which resulted in a strong contribution of the international company to the economic development of our country Egypt
Since then, the company has been growing rapidly, as it has become one of the leading companies in the field of bakery and confectionery, employs more than 1000 permanent and seasonal employees and manages more than 42 units (administrative offices-retail branches-stores-delivery departments) in several different cities .
